Omni Design Group was the Civil Engineer for the design of public compound which includes a Sheriff Station and Agriculture Commissioner's Offices in phase one with remaining phases to be designed in the future. Civil Engineering design includes grading, drainage, all utilities, interior roads, access, erosion control and parking lots.
