For this design/build complex of pre-engineered metal buildings [30,000 square feet total, including 5,500
square feet of high-end office space] the Architect provided comprehensive services including pre-design, schematic design, design development and construction documents. The quality of the work environment –
both for the offices and for the manufacturing facilities- was carefully considered in order to increase the levels of human comfort.
