Located near the San Luis Obispo County Airport, the Santa Fe Business Park consists of pre-engineered metal buildings ranging in size from 5,000 to 22,000 square feet, with varying ranges of tenant improvements. The project is environmentally sensitive and includes coordination with the Army Corp of Engineers, National Marine Fisheries, National Fish and Wildlife, California Fish and Game, San Luis Obispo County Health Department, San Luis Obispo County Planning Department, San Luis Obispo County Engineering, and the City of San Luis Obispo Planning Department. This facility also includes the Straight Down Clothing Company Warehouse, which was also designed by Omni Design Group.
