Due to the historical nature of the building, the City required that the renovation of the Santa Maria Inn be integrated into the existing design and include ADA improvements.  The Santa Maria Inn's building and site renovations included a new elevator, clock tower, new landscaping, exterior lighting, water feature, signage, and walls/fencing.   The improvements also included reconfiguration of the existing electrical and mechanical systems. Omni Design Group provided complete plans and specifications necessary to obtain approval from the City and construct the facility.
