Industrial architecture as elegant urban presence. The new Pacific Research Center provides an office facility for the Lockheed Martin Corporation and consists of 36,000 square feet of office space surrounding two 1,500 square foot atria. The project included complete architectural design, parking lot, striping plan, site accessibility, civil engineering, and construction documents for the entire facility.
